In 2021, we realigned our strategy to keep pace with digitalisation trends and our customers’ evolving needs and expectations. Our journey to reimagine Cembra together is well under way. 2022 was all about implementing our strategy. We are proud of our roots as a successful credit factory and excited about the changes we initiated or completed last year. Our four strategic programmes – Operational Excellence, Business Acceleration, New Growth Opportunities and Cultural Transformation – are paving the way for a successful future.
